Caserotti Construction Inc

Sliding glass door flooring and door had rotted out. They had to remove approximately 2 X 7 feet of rotted flooring and beneath, remove door and surroundings. Sorry I am not familiar with all the appropriate terminology for what they did in repairing damaged flooring. They cut out the rotted floor. I know they put down water proof board over the new floor boards. Eventually the rotted floor was replaced with marble tiles. The work was excellent. Rob researched and found a tax deductible sliding glass door. The door is much better insulated. The door looks as if it was originally there, and the tiles are beautiful. The work was done in a timely fashion (2 days as estimated). The area was left clean and neat. Sean was polite, friendly, and professional. The work was started on time and finished exactly as estimated. The price was almost exactly as estimated - slightly lower because I bought the tile I wanted. This is the second time Rob has done work for us and I found him to be professional, helpful, honest, and always reachable and frankly the best contractor I have ever employed. The sliding glass door and flooring look beautiful and are much better insulation for our home. Without question I would recommend and employ Rob again for any work on my home!

Working with Rob Caserotti was a great experience. He helped us remodel our bathroom (after it was completely gutted) and our kitchen which is similarly torn down. We live in an older home and Rob really helped to give it an updated look. They gutted the kitchen, put in all new appliances, drywall, tiling, cabinets, and even knocked down a wall and created an open floor plan. In the bathroom, they gutted the old kitchen, put in new walls, tiled floors, tub, vanity, toilet, mirrors, shower door and window. We were happy with the quality of the work. Shawn was the main person doing the work and he did a wonderful job, was punctual, trustworthy, and detail-oriented. We had a few times where we had to make decisions about problems that had come up and Rob always helped provide several options and creative solutions. They were here everyday after starting the project and always worked full days. We really appreciated the professionalism and the way they asked for feedback as they went along. We would highly recommend them for projects - big or small!

They completely remodeled one bathroom and installed a new vanity and accessories in another. The final result was beautiful. It took a little longer than planned, but Rob always made sure everything was done right.

We hired Caserotti Construction & Remodeling, Inc to finish our basement. The work included framing, dry wall, electric wiring, bar counter installation and pluming, ceiling lamp installation and ceiling paint. We did the wall paint ourselves and hired a home supply store for carpet and tile. Overall we are very happy with the work Caserotti Construction & Remodeling did. Mr. Caserotti and his associates are easy to work with and responsive to our request. They are willing to listen to our concerns and take actions to satisfy our needs. They are flexible and don't mind changing plans. We like the way our basement turned out.

The remodel consisted of three main areas- our bathroom, master bedroom and some minor work in the kitchen. In all three rooms, Rob created new baseboards and trim to match the rest of the trim in our home. He also refinished the windows and some doors. Specifically, in the bathroom the project included drywall for the walls/ceiling, painting, installing a tile floor, creating a tiled nook for our toiletries next to our claw foot tub, refinishing the claw foot tub, installing lighting/medicine cabinet and claw foot shower rod. In the master bedroom, the project included tearing out a drop-down ceiling, drywall for the walls/ceiling, painting, and installing a ceiling fan. Lastly, in the kitchen, he repaired some damaged areas in the walls and ceiling. Rob and his team worked very diligently to complete our project with minimal disruption to our home. They laid down runners all through the house to help trap dirt and dust. For having so much work done, you couldn't really tell because they always cleaned up after themselves every day. Rich was the main guy on our project and he basically worked from the time he arrived until the time he left. I don't think I ever saw him take a break. Both Rob and Rich were very good about communicating the status of the project. Rob usually stopped by every day to check on the progress personally. He would also call us at the end of the day to get us up to speed in the event we didn't cross paths. Rob's crew performed all of the work we requested at a very high level of quality. We were not disappointed and we plan to use them again for future projects.
